OVERVIEW

(UHP)
Ultra-High-Pressure Non-Fracturing Pier Removal
The (UHP) Demolition System can be deployed in little over an hour. A float is used to deliver the demolition ring to the pier being cut.The rings are hinged for installation around a pier that has been rigged for lifting. The ring is lowered to the mud line (or other desired height) where pneumatic grippers attach the ring firmly to the pier. Cutting heads are then engaged and the cut is performed. Integrated sensors allow critical process functions to be monitored by a remote operator. The (UHP) System eliminates worker access liabilities in submerged areas, reduces multiple equipment set-ups, and minimizes environmental disruption. |
